"Terrible support experience"
The customer service was awful. They did assist me with one problem, but then out of the blue, they canceled my whole order without any notice.

I was waiting on my package for two weeks and it turned out there was an issue with the courier. Once I reached out to the Imperial crew, they got my item shipped out for next day delivery. Really happy with the service I received. Cheers!

Had a great shopping experience! A buddy of mine suggested I check out Imperial Fitness. The gear showed up super fast. Their communication was on point. If they had a wider selection, I would’ve decked out my entire gym with their stuff. 👍🏻

"Bumpy Beginning, Solid Ending"
Last week, I ordered a cable pulley system, but instead, I got an adjustable kettlebell. It was a letdown, but hey, stuff happens. I reached out to the support team, and they jumped on it right away. Within an hour, they replied to my email about the mix-up, arranged for a courier to collect the wrong item, and sent out a replacement. It’s now here and works like a charm! I’d totally recommend this shop for both their products and their customer service.

"Ordered 110kg of weights and..."
I got myself 110kg of weight plates, and let me tell ya, the delivery was super quick! Even with it being a Bank holiday weekend, I had a few questions about the delivery, and they got back to me in no time. I'd totally recommend them!

Super helpful! I accidentally ordered the wrong size weights, but their customer service was fast, responsive, and really supportive. They fixed my order and sent me exactly what I needed without any hassle. I wish every customer service experience was this great! The weights and gear are all high quality. We've been using them for a couple of months now, and everything's been great. I'd definitely shop here again.

I'm super happy with Imperial Fitness. The gear is top-notch and the prices are fantastic! I've picked up several pieces of equipment from this place, and the quality has been excellent. The customer support is simply wonderful; they always get back to you, are super helpful, and just really nice folks to work with. I highly suggest checking them out!
